Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name, e.g. Art of Movement LLC] (“Art of Movement”, “we”) covering artofmovement.io and everything sold on it. By buying or using a module you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed.
What you’re buying
A module is a set of videos and written exercises delivered on this site. You buy it once and keep access for as long as the site exists. It is not a subscription and there is no recurring charge.
We may update, add to, or re-record the content of a module you own. We will not remove a module you own without giving you a way to download or keep its content.
Your license
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch and use the module within your household. You may practice the exercises with your child, partner, or a friend in the room.
- Don’t share your sign-in code or account with people outside your household.
- Don’t record, download, copy, re-upload, or redistribute the videos or written material.
- Don’t use the material to run paid classes or coaching without a separate written agreement with us. Coaches: email us, we are happy to talk.
Accounts and age
Accounts are passwordless. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be 18 or older to buy a module or hold an account. Children use the exercises with a parent or guardian who holds the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
This is movement practice, not medical advice
Art of Movement teaches coordination, breathing, and rhythm. It is educational content. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
Physical activity carries risk. Talk to a physician before starting if you or your child has an injury, a heart or breathing condition, is pregnant, or has any other concern. Stop if something hurts. You are responsible for choosing a safe space and for supervising any child doing the exercises.
Nothing on this site promises a result, athletic or otherwise, including weight loss. People differ.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax we are required to collect. Refunds: 30 days, full refund, no questions. The details are on the Refunds page and form part of these terms.
We currently sell to customers in the United States. If you are elsewhere and want a module, email us; we will let you know when we open your country.
Movement IQ
The Movement IQ is a free self-assessment. It is an observation tool, not a test with a passing score and not a clinical screening. Results are for your own use.
Our content
The videos, text, drawings, the Movement IQ, and the name Art of Movement belong to us. Buying a module does not transfer any of that to you beyond the license above.
Ending an account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by email. We may close an account that shares content, abuses support staff, or files a chargeback without contacting us first. If we close an account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund any module bought in the previous twelve months.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Art of Movement is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from exercise you choose to do, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as they can.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States, and disputes will be handled in its courts.
