Privacy

What we collect

• Email address, when you sign up for the newsletter, buy a module, or sign in. It is the only identifier we use.
• Purchase records: which module, when, the amount, and Stripe’s reference IDs. Not your card number, which only Stripe holds.
• Support messages you send us, and the email you send them from.
• Basic technical data when you watch a video: IP address and browser type, used by our video host to deliver the stream and to stop links being shared.
• A session cookie after you sign in, so you stay signed in. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

What we do with it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Deliver the modules you bought and keep your access working.
• Send you sign-in codes, receipts, and replies to your messages.
• Send the newsletter, only if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Keep records we are legally required to keep, such as tax records of sales.

Who processes it for us

These companies handle data on our behalf, each only for the job named.

• Stripe, payments.
• Supabase, accounts and purchase records.
• Bunny.net, video delivery.
• Resend, transactional email such as sign-in codes and receipts.
• ConvertKit (Kit), the newsletter.
• Vercel, hosting the site.

Children

Account holders must be adults. The exercises are often done with children, but the account, the email, and the purchase belong to the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• See or delete your data: email us from the address on the account and we will send what we hold or delete it within 30 days. Deleting removes your access to purchased modules.
• Stop the newsletter: use the link in any email.
• Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and other places with privacy laws have additional rights to access, correct, delete, and port their data, and to object to processing. Email us to use them. We do not discriminate for doing so.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase data for as long as you have an account, then as long as tax law requires for sales records. Support messages for two years. Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Changes and contact
