Refunds
Thirty days, full refund, no questions. If a module isn’t for you, email support@artofmovement.io within 30 days of purchase and we’ll return the full amount.
How it works
- Email support@artofmovement.io from the address you bought with, or use the support form. Say which module. You don’t have to say why.
- We refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your card provider may take a few more days to show it.
- Access to the module ends when the refund is issued.
What isn’t covered
- Requests more than 30 days after purchase.
- A second refund of the same module bought again after a refund.
- Physical goods, if we sell any, follow the return terms stated on their product page.
Chargebacks
Please ask us first. A refund takes one email and is faster than a dispute with your bank. We treat a chargeback filed without contacting us as a request to close the account.
